I. INTRODUCTION
All things which happen in the physical World have the origin in spiritual world and everyone lives in spirit and in physical body. However too many people don't want to exercise and experience their spiritual lives while they are spirits in with the real bodies.
In this course, we will focus on how you must make sure that you are real living the true life of your choice of spirit. Here , we talk about two kinds of spirits: good spirit and bad spirit. You can understand very well that it is not a joke to experience the life of spirit because, it requires you much engagement.
In order to exercise and experience your spiritual life , you must know that is you who really want and need to do it , but if you want to be a blind in spirit it's up to you to decide.
Everyone who is alive has two kinds of eyes: spiritual eyes and physical eyes, however, it is up to you to let your physical eyes see in the spirit and to do so you must first know that you are a person in the spirit, when you know that you are a spiritual person it is a great step now you have to engage to be in the same personal spirit.
It is very very recommended for all people to exercise and experience the spiritual life, it is not recommended to live in the spirit because we are already living in the spirit. It is up to you to exercise and experience your spiritual life. If you can not exercise and experience your spiritual life is your mistake and error because you are the spirit and you have the physical body.
To exercise and experience the spiritual life is not easy because there are the strong requirements whether you want to experience and exercise the good or bad spiritual life. Again, it is up to you to exercise and experience your spiritual life.
If you want to experience your spiritual life you must strongly focus on your spirit more than you focus on your physical life. You must know that the person who has experience in the spirit can not be controlled by the person who doesn't have experience in the spirit.
II . SPIRITUAL WORLDS
Introduction
As there is a physical World , there are also the spiritual Worlds , in the spiritual Worlds . As definition, the spiritual Worlds are the real worlds which can not be seen by the physical eyes , the spiritual Worlds are the Worlds which control the natural world.
Everything which happen in the physical World has origin in spiritual Worlds in addition the natural world is illustration of spiritual Worlds, for example if there is a physical war in a country that war was planned and started in Spiritual World . Again everything in natural world is controlled and lead by one of the invisible spirits.
It is very important to know that in the natural world nothing is independent because the natural world is under control of spiritual Worlds. It is very recommended for everyone to exercise and experience the spiritual life , remember if you don't want to experience your spiritual life your spiritual life will be inactive, your spiritual eyes will not be able to see in the spirit, your ears will not able to hear in the spirit.
It is very very recommended for you to start enjoying the spiritual life where you will see what those who don't want to experience the spiritual life can not, in other words, if you exercise and experience the spiritual life, you will be above the natural things including those things which can prevent you from entering in the real life of spirit.
Only a person who is in the spirit can see in the spirit , also a person in the spirit can see what's going on the natural world and on the spirit but the person who is not in spirit can only see and understand the things in the natural world, the things which are physical.
If you are not really experience the spiritual life, you can not fight in the spirit, in other words the things which use the spirit can fight in the spirit but the things which use the natural things or physical things can not fight against the spiritual things. For that reason, if you know that you are real in the spirit you don't have to fight against the things in the natural world.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
As the spiritual Worlds control the natural world, it is the same the spiritual things or the spiritual people give the order the natural things, that's why if you are real a spiritual person you don't have to fight against the people who are not in the spirit you don't have even to fight against the things which are not in the spirit only you give them an order.
There are two kinds of spiritual Worlds: Good spiritual World and bad spiritual World.
A. GOOD SPIRITUAL WORLD
In the spirit, there are two Worlds one of those two Worlds is good spiritual World an other World is bad spiritual World. Both of those Worlds are invisible with the physical eyes and those Worlds are the real worlds for those who want to experience the spiritual life.
Although all people have the spirit , the fact of not wanting to exercise and experience their spiritual lives , their spirits become inactive and they can only be in oppression and in the bondage because they can not use their potential in order to do their best that's why they have to accept everything because they don't have the choice and they are not able to refuse.
The good Spiritual World is the invisible World where the people who are in that World have the supernatural power. There are many requirements to be one of those who are in the good Spiritual World. Remember, to be a member of that good spiritual World the are the requirements you need to fulfill.
The requirements you need to have in order to experience the good spiritual life:
To be honest from your heart that you repent from doing wrong things: You personal with your heart you declare that you choose to follow with your everything the Savior of your life, Jesus Christ.
It is the first step you must take if you want to experience the good spiritual life. You must believe in your heart and you must also confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Savior and then you must believe that you are forgiven all your sins which you repented.
The first step is very important in your life in order to start the experience of good spiritual life. Remember you can not exercise your spiritual life if you did not make your commitment, that's why you have to decide personal.
The spiritual life is the invisible life as the spiritual Worlds are invisible when you use the natural eyes. You must know that not everyone who can experience that life because the requirements must be fulfilled.
In addition,you can go together with others,you can share the room or you can be brothers or sisters even you can be a husband with you wife but without sharing the spiritual World or without having the same understanding of the spiritual World.
The things you must do in order to keep yourself in good spiritual World.
1. You must always pray .
As a person who knows the secret of your spiritual life, you must always pray so that you can have the power to overcome. When you pray, you must pray in the spirit and in the truth in the name of Jesus Christ.
Jesus was a person like us , Jesus was in the World like us and Jesus overcame the World and the the lusts of the flesh. Jesus was always praying . Jesus was pray His Father in the truth and in the spirit.
In addition, Jesus taught His disciples how to pray, Jesus wants everyone to pray. We can not be the good spiritual people without praying God . In order to overcome the temptations we must pray , Jesus told His disciples to pray so that they can not enter into temptation.
To pray is the must for all good spiritual people, when you pray you communicate with God, you ask God what you want. Remember, the Word of God says " Ask and you will be given."
2. You must read the Words of God every day.
The Word of God is the Sword,you must know It,you must read It . You must know that the Word of is the Sword you can use in order to overcome the enemies and the temptations. You need the Holy Bible as the books where you must read the Word of God.
When you read the Word of God, you are feeding your spirit as you know that everything in natural world has origin in Spiritual World, if there is a natural body there is also a spiritual body , now as you feed your physical body you must also feed your spiritual body.
3. You must fast evey week
All good spiritual people must pray and fast they fast , they stop eating and drinking in order to humble themselves before God. When you fast you humble yourself, when you fast your flesh becomes weak and your spirit grow .
In order to make your flesh weak , you have to choose the habit of fasting every week. You have to know that you can not be a good spiritual person if you are lead by the lusts of the flesh , one weapon which can help you to overcome the lusts of the flesh is to fast.
4. You must always teach the Word of God
If you want to be a good spiritual person you must always witness the Word of God,when you are together with the believers or not , at any time , always you must use your occasion to teach the Word of God.
It is very important to teach the Word of God to others because the more you teach others the more you become strong in spirit. Remember the Word of God has power and the Holy Spirit must confirm the Word of God to you and to those who can hear that Word of God.
5. You must always meditate on the Word of God.
Whether you are sleeping or whether you are going or you are sitting use your time to meditate on the Word of God, as the real good spiritual people , we must be as the people who are not of this World even if we live on earth. Colossians 3: 1-3
We are in the World but we are not of the World. The people of this World their minds are on the deathly things,they focusing on the things of this World ,they think a lot on the things of this World but those people who are the real good spiritual people their minds are on things of Heaven.
The real good spiritual people know that they are foreigners in the World, They know that to live on earth is only temporary ,they spiritual eyes see the World as a temporary place, their minds understand very well that they are the real foreigners in the World.
Instead of thinking about the things of this world which is going to finish including: your richness,your business,your families,your education,your country politics, the sports, the news, your history ; use that to meditate the Word of God.
6. You must control yourself every day.
Every time, in everything you do and you say, you must make sure that you are not influenced by any thing, any people or any spirit but you must influence others by changing them and bring them in the good spiritual World.
In that point, you must speak less words, you must hear the things you only want to hear, you must read the things you only need to read, you must watch the things which you want to watch , also you must focus on what brings you the benefits especially in your spiritual life.
If you know the value of your spirit, if you want to be an important person who has the value in the spiritual and natural life you must be very strong in the spirit, you don't have to behave like the children in the natural world but you must behave like an old person of the natural world.
You may know that there is no army who can play in the serious war. Did you hear a person who was happy in the middle of the war? All people who are serious in spirit they know the reasons why there are in the spirit, they can not joke , they can not say whatever they want because if a spiritual person want to do as the people who are flesh only, they loose the ability of being in the spirit.
It is recommended to everyone who wants to walk in the spirit to stop all lusts of the flesh Galatians 5 :16-18
16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit; and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
According to that Scripture, everyone is required to walk in the Spirit so that he can not do the things the flesh wants , it is clear that if you do the things which the flesh lusts you loose the access of walking in the Spirit.
However, if you walk in the Spirit, you can do something else in the flesh if you see that what you do can not prevent you from being walking in the Spirit. This means that a spiritual person can control both things in natural world and in Spiritual World but a person in natural world or physical body only he can not control the things which are in Spiritual World.
So , if you want to be in Spirit, walk in Spirit. Remember, a spiritual person can control the natural and spiritual things while a person who is only in the natural world can only be controlled by the spiritual powers.
Pay attention, the spiritual people don't do according to the lust of flesh, it is highly recommended to you not to do the wish of what the flesh lusts only if you want to walk in the Spirit.
Once you violate that rule , you will not be able to walk in the Spirit. You don't have to fight in the flesh if you are a spiritual person, you don't have to talk fleshly things if you are a spiritual person. The secret of walking in Spirit is an important secret for those who have engaged to walk in the Spirit.
The things you must avoid in order to be strong in the Spirit :
- All lusts of the flesh : They are against the Spirit , if you want to walk in the Spirit ,you must be against the lusts of flesh . You can not have the lusts of the flesh and be a strong spiritual person. They are not working together.
- The love of the World : If you are really a spiritual person , the World doesn't love you because you don't also love it and you don't do what it wants you to do , in addition you are not a person of the World that's why the world does not love you.
The people who are real in good Spirit don't put their minds on the things of this World, yes they are in the World but they are not the people of this World. They know that they are not at their homes that's why they don't focus on the things of this World.
Colossians 3 : 1 - 3
1 Since, then you have been raised with Christ , set your hearts on the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
The real persons of God don't love the World, they are waiting for their real Home where they will stay forever, that place is the Heaven. All good spiritual people don't focus on the things of this World but they focus on things of Heaven.
The good Spiritual people don't fight fleshly, instead of that they fight spiritual. They know that to fight fleshly can't be done with a good spiritual person because if he does it like that he looses the access of being in the Spirit.
All good spiritual people fight only in the spirit, they are the army in the spirit, they know that the fight of flesh is for those who are not in good Spiritual World. If you are among people who are in good Spiritual World you must fight only in the spirit.
2 Corinthians 4:18 While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen . For the things which are seen are temporary but the things which are not seen are eternal.
From long time until now, the real people of God don't love the World, they don't focus on world things ,they don't fight in the natural World or for natural World, they don't be influenced by the world, they don't consider the World as the permanent home , they don't consider themselves as the permanent residents of this World.
Moreover, they are waiting for their real Home, they are the foreigners in the World because they have their home in Heaven. The people who love the World are for this World, they focus on the things of this World, their minds are only for the things of this World.
The people who are not spiritual don't want Jesus to come back now. They are look like ready but they are not . They are not ready for second coming of Jesus Christ because their love is for the World more than to love God.
This is contrary to the spiritual people , the spiritual people are really waiting for Jesus day and night, they focus on the things of the heaven, not on the things of this World because they know that this World is for the temporary.
1. The composition in good Spiritual World.
a. God
God has all power over everything, He has all authority, He is The Creator of everything. All people who are in good Spiritual World are the children of God . God can use all people , He can also use everything because He has all power and authority over everything.
1°. The origin of God
God has no beginning and has no end, God was , He is and He will be , God was before the time . God is the Creator of universe He was not created but He created all things.
2° The names of God
God has many names among others we can mention the following names of God:
- Almighty
- The Lord
- Jehovah
- Omnipresent
- Omniscient
- Omnipotent
- Yahweh
- The Lord of Hosts
3° The characters of God
God has the love and compassion ,God has the mercy He has the long-suffering. God gives the freedom of choosing the good or bad things. God wants everyone to make his or her choice. God shows us the good ways and bad ways so that we can make the choice.
b. Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the only Begotten Son of God who was given to us in the World so that we can be saved by Him.
Acts 4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
The Scripture says : John 3:16 For God so loved the World that He gave His only Begotten Son that whoever believes Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
The Scripture also says in John 14 : 6 Jesus answered "I am the way and the truth and the life no one comes to the Father except through Me.
In Matthew 28 :18 then Jesus came to them and said All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
1° The origin of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the only Begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, He was given all power in Heaven and on the Earth. You can not go to the God Father without passing through Jesus Christ.
Jesus is in God and God is in Jesus, when you see Jesus Christ immediately you see God. Jesus , the Son of God has shown the highest obedience to His Father and the Father gave Him Him the highest name among all things which are in Heaven and on Earth.
About Jesus Christ and His origin, we have to know that He is the Son of God, we must also know that God only knows the Origin of His Son . We have to know that God knows all the beginning and all the end of everything.
Jesus is the Son of God, He has all power in Heaven and on Earth. John 14 : 6 - 13
6 Jesus said to him "I am the way ,the truth,and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
7 "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him."
8 Philip said to Him ," Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us."
9 Jesus said to him,"Have I been with you so long , and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say ," Show us the Father"?
10 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father,and the Father in Me? The words I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority ; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.
11 " Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.
12 " Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
13 "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

3° The characters of Jesus Christ
- Jesus Christ was obedient to His Father.
Jesus Christ obeys His Father. Jesus was sent by His Father on the Earth to save the world and He accepted to come on Earth to save us because He is obedient . During all His period on Earth , Jesus gave the glory to God, His Father because He was obedient.
Jesus Christ was and is hundred percent obedient to His Father. Jesus obeys the Commandments of His Father, Jesus obeys all Words of His Father, Jesus did what His Father wanted to do.
Jesus was doing everything according to what God wanted Him to do. Jesus was coming in the World to fulfill the plan of God for His people. To not obey Jesus Christ is the same as to not obey God because whatever Jesus did was not for Him but for The Father who sent Him.
For that reason to receive Jesus Christ means to receive God , you can not receive God without receiving Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is our Mediator , we can not see God without Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ is the only way and the life and the truth none comes to the Father except through Him.
If you are in Jesus immediately you are in God. Jesus was given all authority and power in Heaven and on Earth because He was very obedient to His Father. Jesus is in God and He did all things His Father wanted Him to do.
Jesus Christ understood very well what His Father wanted to do for His people, in addition Jesus knew the plan of His Father for His people. Jesus is in God and God is in Jesus. Jesus does what God wants. Jesus is obedient to His Father in everything.
You can not obey someone whom you don't love, and you can not love someone whom you don't obey his rights or his commandments or laws.
In John 15 Jesus said if you love Me you will obey my commandments. Jesus Christ loves His Father and His commandments, He is obedient to His Father.
- Jesus was praying so much.
Jesus Christ Himself was praying so much and He recommended all people to pray.
Matthew 6 : 5 - 13
5 " And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets,that they may seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you,they have their reward.
6 "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
7 " And when you pray,do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
8 "Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.
9 " In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come . Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors .
13 And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one . For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen .
Luke 18 : 1 - 8
1 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,
2 Saying: " There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man.
3 " Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying," Get justice for me from my adversary."
4 " And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, " Though I do not fear God nor regard man,
5 " Yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her , lest by her continual coming she weary me."
6 Then the Lord said, " Hear what the unjust judge said.
7 " And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?
8 " I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when then the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the Earth?"
Matthew 26 : 36 - 46
36 Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, "Sit here while I go and pray over there."
37 " And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed.
38 Then He said to them , " My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death . Stay here and watch with Me."
39 We went a little farther and fell on His face , and prayed , saying, " O My Father,if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."
40 Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping,and said to Peter , " What ? Could you not watch with Me one hour?
41 " Watch and pray , lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."
42 Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, " O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done."
43 And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy.
44 So He left them, went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same Words.
45 Then He came to His disciples and said to them, " Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand , and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46 " Rise, let us be going. See , see My betrayer is at hand."
- Jesus Christ was giving thanks to His Father
Any anything Jesus did, He was giving the glory to His Father, all miracles He did those miracles glorified the Father of Jesus. Jesus Himself did not want to be glorified by the people but He wanted the people to glorify God, His Father.
Jesus was thanking God for everything, every situation, and every time, because He knew that the will of God is good all the time. In everything Jesus did He had to find the glory of God there. In other words, Jesus knew that He was on Earth in order to make God known and to be glorified by all people.
- Jesus Christ was Fasting a lot
The example of the One who was fasting a lot was Jesus, In order to be like Him we must apply what He was doing. Jesus Christ told His disciples about fasting, there is a spiritual secret in fasting because you make yourself humble before Good.
When you fast your flesh looses the power and your spirit gains the power, now as you know that the flesh is against the spirit. You can choose what you can do if is to only make your flesh strong or if you want to make your spirit strong . Remember, to make your only flesh strong over the spirit has less advantage but to make your spirit strong over your flesh has big advantage.
- Jesus Christ was teaching
Jesus Christ was always teaching the Word of God, He knew very well His mission on Earth, that He came being sent by God to save the people. He knew very well that He was not coming on earth to stay on it forever.
He was teaching the Word of God among the people so that none can be perishable but that everyone can have everlasting life. For Jesus, to teach the Word of God was His first mission. The same mission He recommended all believers to preach the Word of God so that all people can know the truth way of entering in the kingdom of God.
Jesus Christ was only focusing on the work which His Father sent Him to fulfill
Jesus Christ was very humble before His Father and before the people
Jesus Christ was and is merciful
Jesus Christ was Spiritual being
Jesus Christ was personal human being:
- He could be hungry
- He could need the water to drink
- He could be angry
- He could be happy
- He could be tired
Jesus Christ had compassion

When a person sins he makes the separation between His Creator and himself, that is the real spiritual death. Remember when Adam and Eve sinned went out from the presence of God, they were not available in the presence of God even there was no communication between God and themselves, that means that there was the spiritual separation which is the spiritual death.
2°. Physical death.
It's written in the Bible that as the sin brought in the World by one man and causing all people todie,... We all know that all people have to be born and to die, however, before the sin all people were granted to live in physical bodies forever and ever.
The physical death is the separation between the spirit and the body, this means that all people without bodies are dead in other words the people without bodies are separated with physical things. It means that a physical death gives a person the absolutely obligation of living only in the spirit when is good or bad spirit.
